And everyone complains about how all these falcons destroyed their favorite interceptor heavy lists. To all those people I say maybe you should watch ROTJ and see how many interceptors actually dodged the falcons fire. They are cannon fodder hahaha

...how weird is it that the view is spinning AROUND the Falcon cockpit when it rolls back and forth? Surely, a roll around the center of gravity of the Falcon would look quite a bit different from that, given how far off-center the cockpit is...

I didn't watch the video, but what enhanced footage? You mean the special editions? I'm almost positive nothing was changed in the battle of endor for any of the special editions, unlike the battle of yavin that had many updates.

Nope, if you watch closely the view spins around a point slightly to the left of the cockpit, which is where the Falcon's centreline is. Plus the thing they're looking at is a long way away, so any off-centred-ness would be much less noticeable even if they were a long way out to the side.
