When the acolytes ride with aristarchus to there first camp sight in the flat bed truck. They stay over night and keep look out, right?

Then when they wale up they climb some hills by foot, right? and they didnt take the truck. But when they get to brother lamark in stern hope, there truck all af a sudden re-appears. I am very confused. When they talk to brother lamark it says they can take the truck to some place but i thought they just climbed a mountain. Please help me!

They drive the truck into the hills on the way to Stern Hope. On the second day of travel one of the acolytes may/will see something atop an outcrop. The group needs to disembark to investigate, but once they're done they get back on the truck and keep driving.

If you feel kinda evil and the guys have some-one with "tech-use" with them, have a group of two or three looters (mad-max-style, with there own little dune buggy) found the left-alone truck. When the pc come back, the hood is upen up and one of them seems to salvage something from their vehicle while stealing fuel as well.

If the pc shout or open up fire (from the distance) the looters will jump into the buggy and hit the road as fast as possible. Leaving the pc with a largly disfunctional vehicle (if they can not jury-rig it with tech-use for the way home).
If the pc sneak in, they might be able to get into good shooting distance and deal with the looters in one fell swoop auf short-ranged combat.
