Was browsing through MM and saw they had replacement bases/stands for their "ships."

Anyone happen to have this and know how similar the bases are to X-wing?

I assume they are the same as the Star Trek AW bases, which are not the exact same size or shape as the X-Wing ones.

The slot vs nubs alone makes them unviable for X-wing.

They are not supposed to be interchangeable and all three are three separate games.

Best to keep them separate from each other in order to avoid any mix up.

I bought the wiz kids bases . . . .The pegs work correctly and the movement template fits exactly. The stat token doesn't quite fit right but with a little bit of file action it should work pretty good. Don't see any replacements available in the FFG store so these work pretty good for me.

They are a different "shape" with a slot instead of nubs. This makes the base slightly larger. In a friendly game, no issue. In a tourney, a big no -no

I wonder if there is more interest in areas that have people actively playing Attack Wing. I've never seen anyone ever playing Attack Wing at the FLGS that I frequent. We've got a decent sized X-Wing crowd which probably sways anyone that's on the fence towards X-Wing.
