So your choice is to either focus on taking the Wookiee down ASAP, letting the X-wing's chew you up in the meantime, or take out the Xs first and face a crit-proof YT with boost and two automatic evades in the endgame.

Swarm or Alpha-Strike.
Low agility ships fair incredibly poorly against massed attacks. Do this swiftly enough, and the X-wings don't really matter.
