The missing 2 dice were from shooting by the TIEs. On the first volley two TIEs were at point blank firing 3 dice and one TIE fired 2.
That accounts for one dice!
Also, one of the two range 1 attacks by TIEs on the second turn was from Backstabber, for 4 dice rather than 3.
I got Backstabber's 4 dice already, so now that leaves:
3*5 + 2+ 3 +3 + 4+3+2*5 =40
Is that right? Did you count wrong, or am I still missing one? This is important math to know, your collective dice crappiness was epic and must be recorded!!!
