My gaming group has been in debate about how actions work in Conquest. In the RRG page 8-9 it explains that cards can use actions if they meet the requirements. Does that me for example Captain Markis could use his ability while exhausted? Also another question if a card like Dark Eldar Syren with her reaction, if she is exhausted does she still exhaust units that deploy to a planet? Thanks very much!

Unless the card says cannot be done or does not work while exhausted or requires the card to exhaust as part of its cost yes it still works.

Omg.... I was checking this when I saw the time of the posts. From what I saw, lonestarrmkiii posted at 3:15am in the morning, Toqtamish replied three minutes after and then lonestarrmkiii thanked you 3 minutes after.

Then I realized I am using CET+1 as timeframe, which I guess you ain't.

Still, I think Toqtamish is making a great work replying only after 3 minutes =)
