I'll be honest, I'm ok with disney being behind star wars. They've proved with Marvel that they can take something that was failing and give them the funding to do awesome work while being pretty hands off when it comes to creative control.

The blue prints for the DS3 are even more difficult to come by than printed lore for the DS2. Theres nothing in the blue prints showing rodent ears. They did however replace the 100 meter tower on the North Pole with a 100 meter three sided sign that says "Mc Donalds," "Arbys," "Pizza Hut."

What would be the most prestigious office location on the Death Star? Something on the surface with windows, or something internal, better protected? I'm thinking the surface, since you're not supposed to need to worry about protection on the Death Star.

Dont worry the body count is sure to go up now that the Arbys at DS3 is serving the Mountain of Meat with the DS exclusive "Space Cheese" toping. Like Dinner and a show? The Empire has conscripted Carrot Top, Hanna Montana, and the Cinema Snob to do a on stage musical based off the epic tale of " NUKIE."

I'm also happy about Disney taking over, they proved time and time again that access to stories they don't own has resulted in good stuff. Pretty much all classic Disney films are properties they have acquired, and I'm talking loooong before Marvel came along.

I have faith in Disney, they wouldn't spend billions of dollars on a franchise only to tank it intentionally. They will be VERY careful how they handle this, perhaps even more careful than they are with Marvel.

As for the logo, it's a bit old hat for me since I've seen it since August on some of my Star Wars RPG books, specifically the first book I saw it on was the 'Far Horizons' career book.

In what world was Marvel failing when Disney purchased them? The Disney purchase happened roughly after Iron Man 2 (likely was started sometime after the first Iron Man). They saw their chance to purchase a rising property, so shore up some of their appeal to certain demographics.

That said, as someone who is burnt out on the "Marvel method", I place a lot more faith in Kathleen Kennedy than I do Kevin Feige.
