I had a similar-but-different list idea using 2 Firesprays and a Hawk.

I'm not actually sure mathematically whether an opportunist/hawk or a predator/hawk combo would average to more hits from the MMs (opportunist allows for a higher max hits, but predator allows for more consistent rolls). This predator build is nice though in that it can take out or cripple high skill stuff before they get a shot off.

Love that I'll be able to field two of my favorite ships together though.
