I wanted to say a few things, with all the hullabaloo recently.
I've been through worse than this. No loss of footing for me, here. But it seems that's not the case for a few- even if that is a slim few.
Look, when it all comes down to it, yeah, some of us may not like each other much. But you know what? We're all here for one reason.
We're all here because we love...
And we need to remember that, because while we're very different people of sociopolitical beliefs and mindsets, we're all still connected by this one thing.
Basically what I'm saying is that no matter what fights we have, casual or hardcore players, hobbyists or gamers, male or female, Prequel or Original, we're all here for the same reason.
So, do everyone a favor. Keep that in mind. The Knob may go up to eleven, but it doesn't have to. This isn't tumblr and it isn't 4chan, this is the FFG forum, and you know?
The Moderators don't come around often. When they do it's basically to lock a thread. There's thread requests and so on and so forth, but what we need to do is take up the slack. Not by enforcing rules, just being decent people to each other.
It's not very hard to do.
So yeah. Be excellent to each other.
