Has anyone revisited a ship they once over looked.

Personal Example I really wanted to like the advance I think it's going to be worth another look.

B-wings for me.I never wanted to use them because it seemed like EVERYONE and there grandmother was using them. I mean it's a solid ship but dear god Keyan can make that thing dance!

Also Once wave 6 hits I'm gonna revisit the Y-wings. Dutch always good as is Gold+ions but there should be some fun combos with the new toys y-wings are getting.

I have a bunch that I plan on spending more time with in the very near future. I play mostly Rebels, so a lot of my Imperial stuff has been neglected. I'm gonna start practicing with a TIE swarm, I wanna run a couple of Bombers, I'd like to get some practice with an Interceptor not flown by Fel, and my Lambda shuttle has been played exactly one time.

I have to get my Imps some love.

The simple TIE fighter. Even when using it, until recently I couldn't be bothered to see it more as cannon fother. Therefore it never got to it's full potential. Now I see more possibilities. Their quite fun, also without a swarm.

I need to play more/get better with the Lamda Shuttle. I just have a hard time with that crappy dial. I know they can be good, I just need to learn how to use them effectively.

i have to look at my Lambda...... used it twice and then it started to change from white to grey with the dust on it ;P

That thread about shadow squadron got me hooked on double-sigma lists. Double sigma with SPA FCS and rec spec is so much fun. My very first tourney loss was to a similar list and I tried to duplicate it at the time and failed miserably. Having a blast now though.

Rebel Aces did have the intended effect for me, and made me revisit the A-wing.

The ship I neglect is the Phantom. I actually do have one for practice in solo games, but even then I don't tend to fly it all that much.

The problem, dear Phantom, is that I'm just not that into you.

I guess it's just that I like big TIE Bombers, and I cannot lie.

It's funny a lot of people say that the lambda is a ship they would revisit, it is my go to ship.

It's a ps6 build of wonders.

The Rebel Aces got me loving proto A-wings with proton rockets. Used to think they were completely useless.

Rebel aces are making everyone look at a-wings again. I really like this build with them,

3 - Green Squadron Pilot A-Wing Test Pilot, Chardaan Refit, Predator, Push the Limit (23)

It puts you right at 69 points leaving room for a heavy hitter or 2 zs

I run three of those, one proto with proton rocket and either Nera or Eahtn.

For me its been the HWK, I played it a lot when it first came out then new shiny things arrived (Wave 4) Then with the mini breakout of Roark I picked it up again, so much utility for so little points

Ewings for me. Hated the design, hated how much they costed for pretty much no difference compared to the Xwing, but I'm gradually learning tricks with the 2 named pilots, and enjoying their abilities a bit too much to be healthy

It seems I overlook my Bombers a lot.

I revisit them about every other month. I think the reason I'll continue to overlook them is because Ordinance still sucks.
