That's not the advantage. ACD lets you cloak after you shoot every round. Every round you decloak. Without it you're only shooting every other round and are just as vunerable after someone strips your SPA evade token.

The problem is the high PS heavy hitters shoot at you with 2 defense dice with no cloak before you can fire. And you probably won`t shoot because they the Phantom is destroyed.

The SPA at least gives you a guaranteed evade.

And the defense dice will fail you.

I would be rolling 2 defense dice if I had the ACD.
