What I was thinking of was to print larger copies of the pilot cards, and put in dials for the hull and shields. that way you wouldn't have to use tokens and would cut down on the clutter.

not pilot/ship cards for this game, but I designed something very much like what you describe back in 2000

But...we love tokens...why else would I have so many?

Hull still needs the crit cards (your hull never actually goes down), and shields don't clutter if you stack them. Sounds pretty cool though.

I modified my Wedge card to let him roll +4 attack dice if he is in range bands 1-3 of his target. They don't let me play at that store now.

it's easy, get a photobucket account.. add pictures to it then grab the link there for BB code and post it here.. easy peasy

Ive tried that through Flickr. I paste it into the box, click OK, and.... nothing (with the link button, picture button, and code button). It freezes and I have to reload the page. cant even close the box. ive tried just pasting the link directly into the text box and it wont paste (tried just right click paste, control v, and all of the paste options in the menu bar).
