Hi Toby,

Thank you for contacting Fantasy Flight Games. A card entitled Biggles Darklighter was not created by FFG, and therefore would not be legal in Sanctioned FFG Tournament play.

Happy Flying! :)

I've spoken with Britty a few times, thats deffo FFG support.

Guess we can put this one to bed then.

That card's fake as fake can be. The name's not even aligned correctly.

So does anybody remember a movie from around 1985 titled Biggles: Adventure in Time. If I recall it was about a time traveller that when his cosmic twin would get in trouble either one would be transported to the other one time to help him out. The best part was when the future person went back to WWI to help out a Ace pilot. Yes I'm a kid from the 80's.

Yes, I remember it somewhat. I also played the computer game associated with it.

I remember it and it's a decent enough movie :)

I think I had it on my Commodore 64, so it was probably a rip off of something. Every game I had on that thing was pirated.

Well shiver my timbers.

Well done, Kyla, you were the catalyst for finding out the truth. While some people worked it out there were lots who didn't and no-one before you thought of emailing FFG.

Thanks from releasing me from the prison of the secret that was Biggles.

Erm, didnt I say If i'd have believed it it would have been the *first* thing i'd have done.

The only reason I didn't bother is that i was pretty certain it was a fake as it was so tongue in cheek and having seen how licensing and games print runs work it makes zero sense.

I thought the Biggles movie was a travesty tbh. Then again as an avid Biggles reader as a kid and owning nearly all the books 100+ I suppose i could be a little biased.
