How do you raise force points? I cant find it in the book.

You don't. You increase your Force Rating, which is how many Force dice you roll to gain Force points. This is increased with the Force Rating Talent, in which there is one in the Edge of the Empire book, in the bottom of the tree for Force Exile.

So to increase your chance to get more force points when you roll you need to but the force rating talent.

You get a Force Rating of 1 when you take Force Sensitive Exile. Most of the specializations in Force and Destiny have a Talent (usually toward the bottom of the tree) that works a lot like Dedication and raises your Force Rating. I believe there's one in FSE as well.

Though if your Force rating is 0 when you take it, you gain Force Rating 1 (not +1)
