I started collecting some old West End Games models several months before the announcement for IA. I have some plans for these but think they could be used for IA as alternative models. So I hope you don't mind me posting these here. One of the best thing about this range is the Imperial Army troops.

i have several sets of west end models myself and i can already tell you the models are too small, the bases may be to scale on yours so if you dont mind the size difference then you should be fine. The wizards of the coast star wars mini's are a bit more to scale.

That said, your models look great, did you do the paint jobs?

As someone who worked at West End Games back in the day I have to a say I'm hapy to see these and your paint job is superb!

Thanks, yes I painted these myself. I really like these sculpts and the variety for the Stormtroopers and Rebel Troopers gives them plenty of action. The characters were really fun to paint as well.

If you have the proper miniatures to use for each npc and generics for the heroes then i say go for it! West end minis had much better qaulity then the wotc ones and your painting looks awesome! I know you wont have ones to work for Nexu or for the at-st as the base is wrong, but you can likely custom adjust that. But you can mix and match if size matters not to you!
