Yes it certainly looks like it, and the specific triggers should look like this I think:

Move

Focus

EI > Daredevil (Stress from DD)(Stress from EI)
Activate PtL from the DD Action

Boost (Stress from PtL)

So yes, it looks like it. But it would generate three stress per turn which really just means Tycho won't ever K-Turn. Not that he'd need to really with that set-up.
