I'm trying to remember the sequence of named tournaments.

The first was the Kessel Run. (The Falcon, and Slave 1 were prizes)

The most recent was Assault at Imdaar Alpha. (The phantom and headhunters were prizes.)

What was the name and what were the prizes of the in between named tournaments?

I believe those were the only 2 like that where prize support included new pre-release ships.

Oh, that would explain why I can't remember their names.

So each new wave of ships doesn't get a tournament as a debut event?

Nope, just those 2.

Both of those were essentially appologies from FFG to the community to make up for delays in shipping that were not their own doing, so that they could get the limited amount of the wave that they did have in their possession out to the community closer to their original release date.

I'm kind of proud of the bragging rights I now have due to my "veteran" status of having attended both.

I should get a sticker or patch for my storage container.
