Do you have any nicknames for pilots that you use while playing the game?
For example, in my home:
"Mauler Mithel" is called "Molly"
Turr Phennir is called "Surf and TurrPh (Turf)" (I think I was hungry that day)
Ibtisam is called "Itsy Bitsy"
and finally, Darth Vader is called "Lil' Orphan Ani"
Pilot Nicknames
"Turd" Phennir is his name at my house.
I will sometimes refer to Turr Phennir as Burt Reynolds.
My all-time favorite nickname is Stressbot for R3-A2.

^ Ha, we do this one all the time.
Wedgie is popular with one guy.
Oh, and no one has said Eatin' A Boat yet?
I'm guessing 'Chewie' is so obvious that it doesn't even count?

I always say Whisper in a whisper... And Echo echo echooo with an echo.
Rexler always gets "Inspector Rex" around our table.
Any lambda= hipposhuttlebus or "the bus"
Turr = Captain Squirrelly
Rexlar = Rex
New decimater pilot= Big O
Howlie, DC, BS, and Beasty for tie pilots.
Sexlar Brath
Colonel Vasectomy
This is my dynamic due of manly tie defender gaming. With a 25% winrate, I regret ever thinking it would be a good list
Not exactly a nickname, but 'Etahn Abaht' is pretty much Yorkshire-speak (a Northern English dialect) for "he turn(s) about" - which is quite accurate.
Mother. Wait. Are the children gone?
Wedge.
any Lambda - THE COW
Pilot de l'Academie - Frenchman (I always bring one in tournaments, unnumbered)
Black squadron Pilot /w sq leader - Vader incognito
Garven - Garven Dies (that joke was once or twice really on point)
last Rookie - the little Rookie that could
it is a bit long, but any shuttle is the Alabaster Space Disaster as far as i'm concerned. I didn't make it up, but i do love it.
I've got a TIE fighter model that the peg-holder broke off of, and I asked a friend of mine to glue it back for me. Not only did he glue it in the engine port instead of the regular spot for it, but it's canted at about a 40 degree angle from straight. I always fly that one as Derpstabber or Derp Curse, whichever I fly in the squad (Derpstabber has priority for the derpy TIE.)
Rexlar Brath - Sexy Rexy
Wedge = Wedgie
Biggs = Biggsy-wiggsy
Luke = Puke
Echo = Mr Eko
Corvette with navigator = @#$%# you Jim!
This one received a few laughs around the store a couple weeks ago: Wes "I'll steal your Candy" Janson...
They don't like him much, especially the way I run him. Spoilsport would probably be a better (and shorter) nickname for him.
My opponents referred to Tarn Mison as " THAT [expletive deleted] " for awhile... I guess they were a bit peeved that a pilot so cheap could be so frustrating to deal with. Of course that ended after they learned to focus fire him early.
Edited by Duty RemainsSoontir Fel is sometimes known as "Sailor Moon," because some guy described him as the worst Imperial pilot until he has PTL. With PTL he does a "Sailor Moon power make up sequence" into one of the best Imperial pilots, as the guy on BGG put it.
Biggs has a couple nicknames, like Bullet Sponge, Murder Magnet, and Obvious Distraction. I sometimes call him Biggles in reference to that joke thread we had ages ago.
Etahn is "oot an' aboot" because I somehow merged a discussion of his ability with a discussion about Canadian stereotypes. I think South Park may have been on at the time.
Howlrunner's Flying Circus for TIE swarms.
"Dancers" for ships that have good dials and repositioning abilities, like the A-Wing, Interceptor, and Phantom.
Biggles and Hutch, naturally, being from good old Blighty!
