I need a vehicle (landspeeder, airspeeder, cargo skiff, starfighter, doesn't matter) which can be boarded over a ramp. (**** the legged species privilege!) The vehicle should be fairly small and maneuverable (VTOL capability would be great)
So far, the only thing I can come up with is Count Dooku's starfighter, but I'd like to go smaller and more maneuverable. Anybody got an idea?
What exactly do you mean by "boarded over a ramp"?
Do you mean you need to walk over a ramp to get on it? You can extend a ramp to it when boarding it?(like a pirate!) Or just something which could potentially be attached to a ramp?

He did say "vehicle". One of his examples was not a "vehicle" (a starfighter), but he said, "fairly small and maneuverable". So I don't think he wants something above starfighter size like a freighter or transport. Such a vehicle using the examples he gave is actually a rarity so I understand his question.
The only vehicle I can think of with a ramp is the Sandcrawler which isn't at all what he is looking for.

Yeah, designing something new is probably the best option.
Maybe use the AA-5 on page 100 as a base. its a good sized solid vehicle. Then you just narrate it having a loading ramp. You can alter its speed and handling as needed.

Actually, I'd imagine loading elevators for astromechs are pretty common on starfighters that use them as copilots. The Naboo N-1 definitely has one.
