Anyone know where we can find or order a maneuver dial? need one for bwing

If you've lost yours or had it stolen then contact FFG through their website and the parts replacement section.

They are normally very good at this, as long as you're honest. Might be an idea to scan / photo your proof of purchase.

When i asked them to help with some damaged parts i included a photo of all proof of purchase so they knew i was not lying.

No they've never charged, even when replacing a whole model.

They have not as far as I know replaced a dial though. That doesn't mean they haven't just I haven't heard of it happening.

Another option is that some manufacturers (veterans here know the names) sell generic maneuver dials. Fine for casual play. Probably not accepted at a tournament, depending on judge.

I've heard of dials lost at events being replaced.

They replaced two mangled models and 'dark curse' base chit for me FOC.

Very very good about it too. I totally accept it wasnt their problem my mates dog had ate it but appealed to their goodwill and ended up having a really lengthy chat about gaming with their customer support lady.

I lost a Phantom dial and FFG sent me a new one. Contac them, they are AWESOME!

When all I had was the core set, my son broke one of the pegs - I tried gluing it but it was no use. At that time, there were no waves that I could get my hands on so I contacted FFG and they sent me a small bag of 4 or 6 replacement pegs - no charge. Very grateful for a great company with great customer service.

I can't say enough about FFG's Customer Service - I got the Eldar Sign expansion and the box was supposed to come with 2 dice - it didn't. I emailed them, included my Proof of Purchase number in the email and they sent me replacements free of charge in under 2 weeks!
