Look on Roll20. I am in a couple games on it.
Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I have a hard time finding FFG EotE games on Roll20. Is there an area besides the "Looking For Group" search?

look under star wars all versions. Then read the descriptions of the games they will say.
Check out that thread. Its got quite the following now. The next game is on 11/1, however I believe it is full (2 concurrent games with 6 players each). You could always get on the wait list though. Sometimes people don't show up and wait listers get in.
