what happen if i move a footman to a area only with a enemy power token? power token is removed? can he fight me somehow?

Great question ~ the owning player of the Power Token removes it from the board, returning it to his pool and there's no fighting conducted at that time. Having said that, you may now find your self in a territory adjacent to the player (or another player) with a March token that could inititate combat.

A Power token on the game board is returned to the Power Pool
only after an opponent takes control of its area. Marching into an
area containing only an opponent’s Power token (i.e., no enemy
units are present) does not result in combat, and the Power token
is simply discarded to the Power Pool.
