So my question is that if i use Zigil Miner´s ability and i would say example zero, then i discard top 2 cards top of my deck which would be Elrond´s Council and Stand And Fight, do i get 1 or 2 resources? My guess is 1 but i am not shure of it though.

X counts as 0, so you would get 2 resources.
