So the basics here are that Luke will be my tank, im trying to make him as hard to hit as possible while he is up close in Range 1 while still being able to pack a punch with 4 attack die, Keyan will be my attack ship while spamming Ors ability to allow Keyan to roll 5 attack die while also being in Range 1. Ors is support floating around range to spam her ability to Keyan while throwing in an additional blaster turret shot into the fray as well, with her 2 focus tokens one to use the turret and the other to modify die.

Also im working with limited ships and upgrades since my son is building his rebel squad and im more of an imp fan, and these are the scraps of what was left over. I also have an R2-D2 i might be able to switch in for R2-F2 to keep Luke alive longer. Thoughts and input are appreciated.

R2D2 + DTF which is also 5pts would give Luke better Team Chemistry. Also IF you can find an extra point somewhere else another Tanky Fighter I've found is Porkins + Elusive + R5D8 + Hull (34). Or you could ditch the Hull and have 2pts for elsewhere.

Strategy is pretty basic, have everyone fly in loose formation keeping in range 1 of each other, have Biggs draw the attacks to him and having a Focus Token (Katarn ability) and Evade Token (Jan Ors crew) each turn with R2-D2 replenishing his shields, he should be a tough nut to crack. After he dies then spam the Focus and Evade tokens on whoever is being attacked. I think this squad might have very good synergy.

Any thoughts on improvements?

Second list is better IMO; in the first Keyan is too obvious a target.

I would find a way to get Farlander a way to self stress, so he can maximise his ability. Sadly, you may have to ditch the APT.

I like Push the Limit, because, with your Advanced Sensors you can take an action and then do a red maneuver for the stress, or you can move and double action for the stress. I think you'll get more out of Farlander if you can stress yourself outside of red moves.

I could also drop the hull upgrade on biggs and add Push the Limit on Farlander?
