I screwed up my writing of Squad Leader - but yeah the problem is that you'd have to already have activated Keyan Farlander in order to GET to the person who is higher Pilot Skill.
I think the only way to do it would be with a 3 ship chain.
Keyan Farlander + Leebo PS 7
Lando PS 7
Airen Cracken + Squad Leader+Experimental Interface PS 8.
Lando moves first, gives Airen a free action in his action bar.
Airen Focusses, and then activates Experimental Interface.
Airen uses Squad Leader to give Keyan a free action. Then takes a stress.
Keyan uses his free action to use Leebo, getting a 2nd Ion token.
Now Keyan activates, does his 1 forward and drops BOTH ion tokens, and can take an action as normal. A Barrel Roll perhaps.
Airen Activates, revealing a green maneuever and clearing the jus-gained stress.
A WHOLE lot of planning just to minorly exploit one mechanic of ion. Might have to actually build this for fun.... but you have to ditch Advanced sensors to actually make it work.
