Hi swarsmike, thx for the question:

The case is a cheap alu/plastic case of let's just say mediocre quality from a DIY shop.

The poster was found online

The longitudinal "aisle" dividers are made from 5 mm foam board (also called foamcore)

and the card dividers are from boardgamegeek.com and printed on medium thick paperboard.

I've added the text/description of each obj. sets. content for easy/easier reference:

Geeked it up a bit more with "hidden" compartment for rules, FAQ, droids etc.

Ohh, and BTW: The dividers are scaled down to 93% due to US/European paper size "issues" and IMO they fit better this way

Alright. I didn't want to be the one to ask this, but it looks like everyone feels the same. What happened after this that brought your life back down from near-perfection?
