APT or Prockets 5 dice + 1 Jan + 1 Opportunist + 1 Expose (offset with Stealth Device) = 8.
(Okay, honestly, I'd settle with 7 with easier TL and F. Take PTL instead of Expose, take the stealths off if you want, that leaves 8 more points to add where you see fit. Like a APT on Wes).
