Hey guys I'm off to a tournament on Sunday and was originally thinking of running a couple of tooled up Bs and a couple of bandits but have since changed my mind. I love A-wings so I figured I'd go a bit less competitive and have some fun. So here's what I'm planning to play:

Jan Ors/HWK-290 - Ion Cannon Turret, Veteran Instincts, Nien Nunb - 32

Jake Farrell/A-wing - Proton Rockets, Push The Limit - 30

Green Squadron Pilot/A-wing - Push the Limit, Chardaan Refit - 20

Prototype Pilot/A-wing - Chardaan Refit - 15

This comes to 97 points. My thoughts for the last three are

1. A-wing Test Pilot and Outmanoeuvre on Jake or the GSP

2. Drop 2 points somewhere (Nien Nunb and VI?) and get proton rockets on the GSP or upgrade the prototype pilot to a GSP with PTL

3. 3 point initiative bid?

Any input on this would be great, thanks in advance

I prefer to fly Jake with Outmaneuver and Predator, since he normally has enough actions from just focusing to reposition himself. That makes your proton rocket shot (if you wait for Outmaneuver) REALLY hurt, and Jan will make it even worse, but I can't figure out what to swap around on your team to make that work. Maybe just drop Jake's PTL for Predator and forget about outmaneuver.

[EDIT: Just saw the bottom bit that your list is only 97, now it's DEFINITELY Outmaneuver and Predator on Jake!]

Personally, I'd probably drop both other A's for Keyan with Push the Limit, B-Wing E/2, and Tactician (since Jan is already in the squad) so you have a tanky person that they are going to want to kill first, leaving Jan and Jake around until later in the game.

I prefer Jake with VI and Outmaneuver, means he moves last most of the time so can get better positioning and more likely to trigger his Outmaneuver. But that's just my preference
