His card says "When attacking, you may remove 1 stress token to change all of your (eyeball) results to (hit) results."

My question is can you spend the stress token to modify dice even if you don't roll any eye ball dice, the same as you can spend a focus token/evade during the combat phase even if you don't modify dice?

What about Keyan and carnor? Can I modify focus dice with stress tokens or does that count as using a focus token?

Are you using a focus or a stress token? Carnor only restricts using focus tokens.

Keyan spends it like a focus token, but it not a focus token. Carnor will not like Keyan, as he can't affect him.
