So Deadeye lets you shoot missles that require you to have a target lock but with a focus instead.
But from reading Deadeye, it just changes the [target lock] header to a [focus] header.
The rest of the text on a card says "spend your target lock"
Do you still need to spend a target lock with Deadeye? The intention is obviously swap target locks for focuses, but looking at the wording and the rules makes me think it doesn't work quite that way.
