Enemy warlord is not an army unit and not eligible to receive this attachment.

You can put it on any Army unit as it does not specify that it must be Friendly or Enemy.

I'll say it because I think we're all thinking it ... it might be a good idea to go back and re-read the rules before flooding the rules forum with questions that the rules already answer.
