I know the ordnance sucks generally, but as I finally got third B-Wing I've been itching to try this "Blue Butchers" hoping that for once torpedoes would make their worth:

3x Blue Sqd + FCS + Ion Cannon + APT

Ion the target, gain TL with FCS, close in to R1, get focus, blast away APT and turn 3 blanks to eyes, use focus to turn them to hits. You should be able to deliver quite reliably 1+5 hits 3 times.
