In another thread, CaliAlpha posted an email from the WCW organizer stating that if there is enough interest, FFG can set aside space for a meet-up.

I would like to tally up the interest on the forums and see if this is possible. Most of us are attending because we'll be competing in another game, so I'll throw out 8:00pm - 12:00am Friday night as a proposed meet-up time. Counter me on this if there is a better time slot.

I will be attending and will also speak for a friend of mine who is attending.

I don't play the other lcgs but i would attend for a lotr meet up (live nearby). My schedule is flexible, so the times mentioned above work for me.

I will certainly have my lotr cards with me at worlds from thursday to sunday. I will mostly be playing competitive card games from star wars, netrunner and conquest. So depending on how I do in those tournaments on each day will determine if I have time to play some casual lotr. It is unfortunate that there is no events or worlds specific stuff for lotr. Maybe next year
