Just PM him with your order. That's what I did.
Acrylic Hotness
Seconded, PM Shaadea and he'll hook you up. Can't wait for my goodies!
Forgot to post that I'm at Worlds and got the templates with me. A lot of people saw them already, bur if anyone else wants to see them in real life, I'll be playing at the X-Wing winter tournament today
Here are pictures from the shield tokens. There's an original cardboard token in the front, for comparison.
we made them a bit smaller, it gets quite crowed on some cards with the original cardboard ones (B-Wing)
They are VERY pretty!
If my girlfriend wasn't sat next to me..........
Well, the first token series containing the standard stuff like focus, evade etc, and 3 special tokens for EPT, astromech and crew just arrived here (pictures will follow). Now the designer sent me his concept for the next special token series:
Yellow is used for reminders; the first two showing that the action was already used that turn. This reminder is handy when you run several ships with those action capabilities along some action-granting ships (like Airen). Maybe not necessary, but helpful, especially during epic games.
The next one is for Corran, so everybody remembers that he used his special ability.
Then come 3 critical results, injured pilot, blinded pilot and stunned pilot. Again yellow for reminder that is (auto)removed after a certain period of time, red for stuff that stays on (until removed with action or whatever).
The next one is for swarm tactic. The orange is supposed to be the same colour as the PS value on the cardboard pieces. Again probably not necessary but another helpful piece (especially for beginners or people not playing very often).
Same goes for the last 3 tokens, the first for +1 die (there will be a red one too, for abilities like Jan's), the next two for -1 (circular shaped tokens are good or at least not negative, all other shapes are bad, either as short term reminder or to show the result of a critical hit).
I'd appreciate feedback before it hits the machines (other than "who needs that" :-) )
I like the reminder tokens, last tourney I played at 150 points and there were 15 ships on the board there was a lot of "did he do his action?" (Very friendly tournament, as we prefer to win not because someone forgot something, so if we both remember him not doing it we allow it, obviously if we arent sure you're SoL)
Same here, sometimes you simply doesn't remember if that ship barrel rolled or boosted, happens a lot when Turr is around with a lot of friends that all do some hot moves. It's a lot easier that way.
I think that e-wing reminder token will have to stand for every special ability that can be activated, not just Corran Horn (similar to the medal showing that a EPT was activated/used), it's a lot simpler than coming up with a special token for each ability (and makes storing and searching for it during game a lot easier).
Mine came yesterday, but didn't have until this morning to open them. They look excellent. I thought they looked good online, but they look better in person.
Dude....you realize xmas is coming and I'm supposed to shop for others not myself...
I am hoping mine show up soon!?
It does take a while to get through the mail from Germany. I was hoping to get them 2 weeks ago, but it finally came. Just be patient.
Yeah, I know it's near Xmas. I ordered these in October, though! They are a birthday present to me.
Not to mention we got 6' of snow this week in WNY.... Uugh!
I await their arrival with baited breath.
Edited by Darph Naderfor some reason it was one batch of orders that I shipped to the states that seems to be delayed. The ones I've sent before, and one I sent after arrived a lot faster...
@ heychadwick : you are aware that you are supposed to remove that protective foil from the transparent side ;-) you can easily peal it off with your fingernail.

Ummm.......yes? Sure I did....
I was just wondering since on the pictures you posted they still were on, and I had a customer before who didn't remove it and was wondering about it... ;-)
I actually didn't, but thanks for telling me!
Very nice. Just sent pm
These look interesting...Shaadea, check your PMs!
Got my goodies yesterday and I must say they are superb!
Anyone who is considering the Odera Puzzle set, endulge as they are amazing. I also ordered the shield tokens which are equally as well done as the template set. Can't wait to use them this weekend at a LGS event.
Thanks to Shaadea for developing these!
Edited by Darph NaderHas there been any progress on developing the other tokens yet? I'm waiting to place my order for everything at once, but if it's still going to be several months, I'm going to go ahead and order the templates now.
Yep, they look amazing hopefully I will get mine soon( Christmas present to me)

Thinking of pulling something similar myself...
Sorry everybody, I was moving to a new location (housing and business), and that took a lot of time and energy. I know that my business partner did some design stuff on further items, and the special tokens are done and the first print run was friday last week.
I still lack internet connection at my new place (although I ordered it weeks before), so checking personal messages etc is limited right now (I check in every day to get the business emails and have the orders fullfilled, but not much quiet time for browsing forum). Should be better next week, I was promised by the provider to be online again then.
Also, thanks to all that praise the items, glad you like our stuff :-)
will be back later
Shaadea, any idea when the other tokens are going to be ready?
Yeah, any news? Because I'm interested in this:
if you can add tis to your specs, i think it would be very useful:
(When/if you start making the Range rulers too)
on Range Rulers, put a little +1 red and +1 green reminder (or have it as an option).
This feature is extremely extremely extremely useful when teaching new players the rules. It reduces the number of rules they have to remember.
That's already requested by a player here, and already planned for the range rulers :-)
