So we have an idea for another scenario, with our AO being Cthugha this go. Here's what we're thinking:
- Dunwich Expansion
- Norman Withers, Kate Winthrop and Jacqueline Fine as set investigators
- Cultists are Fire Vampires (move on star symbol) and gain Cthugha's Fire Vampire increased abilities
- Open gates cause fires and alert authorities that an arsonist is on the loose: a Patrol marker is placed on the neighborhood street where the gate opened
- Monster surges spawn a Riot at the indicated token location (draw randomly) and add one to Terror in addition to the regular monster surge
- If a Riot and Patrol marker are in the same location, the Patrol marker is removed (overwhelmed)
- Sealing all open gates in a neighborhood remove any Patrols or Riots in that neighborhood
- Monster cup and deck tweaking to match theme
Scheduled for next week, and we may tweak a few things, but that's the plan for pain so far.
