If I have AS and PTL on Etahn with Engine upgrade...

Can I barrel roll, then PTL Boost (pick up stress) and then reveal a green maneuver to shed the stress?

Yep, seems about right. Nothing to explain, as that's pretty much how it works.

Advanced sensors: immediately before you reveal your maneuver dial you may perform one free action. If you use this ability you must skip your "perform action" step during this round.

PTL: Once per round after you perform an action you may perform 1 free action shown in your action bar. Then receive 1 stress token. (Similar wording for Expermental interface.)

Sounds legit, PTL and EI doesn't say it has to be done in the perform action step so when ever you do an action you can use those cards. Also sounds like you can use PTL and EI with Lando or Airen Cracken pilot ability.

A ship with PtL or EI can use it after performing ANY action. So if Lando or Airen pass a ship with PtL or EI a free action, they can do the extra one from PtL or EI also. Passing one of these ships a free action could equate to passing them two actions and a stress token.

The key to building a good list isn't just the synergy of one pilot and upgrades for that pilot that make him work well. It's being able to put multiple pilots together that can complement each other with the various upgrades.
