Dutch and R5-K6

So, if:

Dutch with R5-K6 performs a target lock

Dutch gives a target lock to a ship at range 1-2 of him

When Dutch spends the lock, he rolls an evade and acquires another target lock because of R5-K6

Could Dutch then pass another target lock to a ship at R1-2 of him?

Yes. Dutch states that whenever he "acquires a target lock" which means, when for any reason he ends up with a TL, he may do it

To be fair, most people don't like R5-K6, because that's spending 2 points for 3/8 of a bonus target lock per turn.

38% isn't much, but a free TL is a free TL, if it works. If you've got the two points to spare, might as well try and make use of 'em
