Scarlet uses 2 focus tokens to fire APT and modify it, and has an HLC for lasting firepower, while Brax has PS to fight Phantoms, and also pack a punch with HLC.

Looks like it could be fun.
I got a chance this weekend to really try Relxar with HLC and I liked it.
But for Kath, it seems like you're spending a fair number of points for a single APT shot, 10 points including the APT.

Not sure I would bother with Deadeye and APT. Seems like 7 points could be spend on something like PTL/Engine Upgrade for Kath to greater effect.
I think the Deadeye/APT combo works better on Fett. If you dropped the HLC from Kath and upgraded her to Fett, you can then slap an EU on Brath which would help him out a lot in tagging Phantoms.
Brath needs Predator! He is the apex predator of the Imperials.
