If there are object, places, strangers, followers or enemys on places like the Tavern, City, Chapel, Graveyard, Treasure Chamber etc, do I need to encounter both the andventure cards and the places?

For example, a player left one of his object on the Treasure Chamber spot. Can I take it without restorting a combat with the Dungeun master?

If you land on the Treasure Chamber, you may/must encounter any cards there and then you follow the instructions on the space.

Is this also true for places like City and Chapel?
