24 points: Stalker Squadron Pilot - PS 3

26 points: Hunter Squadron Pilot - PS 5 (Gain EPT)

28 points: Oman Ghark - PS 7 - All red maneuvers are treated as white while cloaked (Gain EPT)

30 points: Levi Kharsonne - PS 8 - May fire secondary weapons while cloaked (Gain EPT)

Title: Reaper (2 points)

-May make a free Target Lock action against any enemy within range 1 at the start of the combat phase.

Dial is the same as the Tie Advanced.

Well; I'd suggest a name change for starters; there's already a T-Wing, and it doesn't match up with what you have very well.

Also, since cloak ups your agility by 2; you're proposing this ship have agi 5 when cloaked. Seems a bit much to me. Furthermore, a PS8 cloaker is very dangerous, since it is so maneuverable with the decloak action. This is why the phantoms only go up to PS7. I also think in general this thing is significantly undercosted.

You're the first I've seen to propose a completely new ship. It would probably be easy to find a nice shapeways model to go with this concept. Might be fun to play in the basement with friends!
