Yeah the Decimator will probably die pretty quick to concentrated fire, but that leaves, 3 TIE Interceptors a couple of rounds not taking any fire.
Decimator shoots, fir- sec- well he eventually shoots. After he runs into you.
That sounds pretty choice.

No kidding. I've seen a Wave 5 ship once (and it killed me). But other than that, I have no more sight of Wave 5 other than the altar candles sitting on my desk next to my pre-order receipt.
Edited by Mikael HasselsteinI've played maybe a dozen games with my decimator. Etahn with some Bs absolutely shredded it but it's done pretty well against other things.
I expect I will be facing some ions or stress inducers this week though, so we'll see.

Hear hear, I'm sitting in my room just rocking back and forth waiting for it all to get mailed because I did a stupid and ordered wave 4 with one wave 5 ship, and didn't see that it'd ALL be held until all products were available. I might get it early...

I ran Kenkirk with Isard in a squad on vassal once, I was really impressed with how much of a beating it could take. I can't wait to get one for real.
Just ignore the decimator. it has very little attack power. The PS1 ints get vaporized very easily, they have only 1 action and usually no ability to change position smartly. At 18 points they reduce your firepower so fast that its pretty miserable.
