So, one of the beefs I had with ordnance is the inability to make your shot better on many of them. Especially past a focus.
On Proton Torps, really, you won't get much improvement even with a focus.
On Concussion Missiles are still liable to land 2 hits, which is too little for 4 points. (Heck, guaranteed 2 hits a turn is worth 3 points: Accuracy Corrector.)
Bomber could make this up by adding the expense Captain Jonus.

However, more and more I've been seeing more effective ordnance carried by an unusual suspect: Already expensive high PS ships.
Their chances for shooting them are much better, they take easier target locks.
Adding the EPT predator also seems to be really helpful. This is a way of getting a TL esque effect when you've spent your TL on your attack.

What do you think the numerical effectiveness of adding a torpedo to an otherwise moderately decked out high PS ship is?
Ex. Luke + R2D2 add a Flechette or a Proton Torp.
