So outmaneuver stops C3-PO?
no evade dice for the falcon = no chance to use 3P0 right?

Correct.
yep
You can't use C3PO against that attack. Nothing stops you from using it against other attacks.
And since you can only use C3PO once...
You can only use C3PO once, but you don't have to use him on the first attack. So Outmaneuver only can deny his ability from only pilots with the EPT (and out of the firing arc).

Which is why I like Intimidation better, but no one seems to be heeding my advice.
i think its still worth it on a 3 attack dice ship. i can see why ive seen a few outmaneuver Black Squadron Pilots in lists.
how about this list...
Bobba Fett + Outmaneuver + Rebel Captive + Engine Upgrade (49)
Black Squadron Pilot + Outmaneuver (17)
Black Squadron Pilot + Outmaneuver (17)
Black Squadron Pilot + Outmaneuver (17)
total: 100pts
anyone tried something like this?

That's actually totally brilliant. I never acknowledged intimidate because I can't get my hands on a decimater. It seems a little hard to ram a phat han with Engine upgrades, but a pair of green squadrons or black squadrons with intimidate would be pretty fun and really annoying,
Only for that attack. You'd need all your ships to have Outmaneuver to completely shut him down.
But why exactly would you build a list to negate C3PO. The good thing about a Fat Han is its EU at PS9-11, and higher average rolls withouth reliance on actions. C3PO is an insurance for late game, just build a take all comer list that can manage him earlier, or a list with enough hit points that he won't be able to get it into a commanding position on lategame.
Or are you trying to build a list to specificaly counter Fat Hans ? Tie swarms, Etahn swarm or rebel swarms are good at it, and are actually decent at other match ups aswell. The list you posted would suffer a lot against a common Whisper + Miniswarm for example, or just swarms.

Falcon lists r more prominent in my meta here. Fett with rebel captive is still going to do ok versus a phantom right?
It is tricky, because he has to shoot you for that to happen. For example, a soontir + whisper + yorr, just doesn't care. And a whisper + mini swarm can kill the Ties pretty fast.
And against a Fat Han, i don't think it is that good. He has the same number of support ships, he moves later, etc. Yes you remove C3PO most of the time, but at what cost ?
Edited by DreadStarIntimidation DOES seem like a better choice. Outmaneuver only stops C3PO on that attack. ITs too costly to put on all of your ships. However, if we had some bulky cheap blocker with Intimidation, that could be good.
green squadron with title, intimidation and daredevil, combined with cracken works.

You don't ram him, you block him.
Then no Engine Upgrade for Han. If you can't clear him, eat a turn and do what damage you can with your flankers, then block him again. You won't be able to block with a single specific ship every turn, so stack it out defensively or take two. But, yes, this can shut down the Falcon's defense. May still get an evade action from another ship, but you'll stop his main action and deny his defense die, thereby shutting down Threepio.
Then, a maniacal laugh is in order.
It also mitigates Engine Upgrade and MF title, the two other problem factors with Fat Han.
