How do these two interact? Would you get two x 4 dice attacks from clusters when you use Jans ability on someone equip with Cluster, maybe like Airen Cracken for example?

It is two separate attacks so you would have one four dice attack and one three dice attack.

Opportunist works the same way, it boosts a single attack.

You will have to wait for wave 5 scum Z-95 top pilot to get both 4 die attacks out of cluster missiles

The PS 7 scum z-95 gets to roll an extra red die when attacking, as long as there are no friendly ships within range 1-2. It wasn't officially spoiled, but you can read the card in the product picture.
