Guelph, Exile, Khymerus, The Skull, Redemption, Pyrultide, The Wailing Eternity, The War-Moons of Talax, Dread Korvaska, Sadarix, Scoured Lands, Pillars of Eternity, and The Flaming Tomb appears to be missing.

Oh and it is the supposed location for the wreck of The Kasserkratch, I am guessing it is not the actual one.

I went off this map. None of the planets are really in a fixed position anyway. Seems redundant to add "possible location of..." to anything in the Screaming Vortex. lol

Flaming Tomb is on the map...the other worlds, working on it.
