We're going at Innsmouth for the first time tonight. What's the best combo of GOO and investigators to get the best flavor?

the question was what it the best way to first play as in pick!! i hate how everyones answer to these kind of questions is pick random!! i always pick who i am playing and who against. answer the question or dont. random is not an answer!!

AOO's the one with the small dust cards or the one with the face tokens are so great!! try them ( dont have time to see how they are spelled)

investigators: i like them all but the lawyer so your choice is good.

Flavor is on the tongue of the beholder, so what I like and what you like could vary as widely as the cosmos itself. Keep that in mind.

Sorry, pitt. Despite your odd offense at the notion, I'm also going to cast my vote for "random." This works well if you have not fully inspected each new investigator and AO, so that you don't know what you're going to get. I randomly chose Quachil today, and had a blast. I will not recomment Quachil, however, because any of the other seven might be a blast too.

The newbies I'm training are going to play IH against Cthulhu and Hypnos. It's perfect for theme, and it gives them a chance to make up for an embarassing failure against him when I had them play all expansions through Black Goat (gates opened all over the place; it was over almost as it was begun!).
