just a quick question:

Are the additional Adventures from the 3 expansions then also being used in the campaigns from the Old Ones in the base game or do those remain the same?

The old campaigns remain the same.

I do think some new adventures cropped up across the base game AO's with at least some of the expansions ('Slithering Shadows' comes to mind- I'm sure that one wasn't part of the initial release and I think I've seen it in at least a couple of the base challenges), but it's hard to remember (much less confirm) which ones were included at the start. I'd say Klaymen is correct that the majority of new are unique to the expansion AO's.
