R Destroy this card: Before readying cards in your ready step, each player choose a foundation in their opponent's staging area. All copies of the chosen foundations are committed, and may not be readied until the beginning of your next turn.

Since Prankster will commit any ready copies of the chosen card in your staging area, red lotus will stop the ability. Likewise meaning you dont get to commit one of your opponents foundations either.
