Based on the data, i cant help but think a new warlord expansion will be spoiled soon!

Also, the Howl of Blackmane expansion is listed as "Available Soon" on the Warlords page, but still on the ship on the Upcoming page... perhaps it was on the same ship as the core game? Anyone have information on that?

It went on the boat after Core set did. So different boat. It's available soon on the other page because it is on the way now. Just how those two are connected.

Pack four announcement should be soon yes as it will likely be coming out in January, allowing their usual 3 month window I would expect it announced in October.
