So, this past Thursday (the 25th), I officially have climbed the hill and am now over it age - wise. I turned 41. In the weeks leading up to the date, I dropped some major hints to my kids as to what I was hoping mom (my wife) might get me. I was happy to unwrap my gift and find some Cards Against Humanity expansions as well as another Z95 and Ewing to add to my collection. Friday, the festivities continued with another 2 Z95s, and an Advanced (can't believe I've gone this long without one). On Saturday I received a call saying my copy of Rebel Aces was in Stock!

So, needless to say I have a lot of list building to do before our X-wing league starts its new season this Wednesday. Time to update my sig too I suppose.

Wife gave me $50 cause she knows jack about the games i play and I preordered ALL of wave 5 for that $50!

Took half of the Amazon money everyone else gave me and got the tantive and transport expansions i never would have been able to afford otherwise!!

Let's see, when I was 21, I had just purchased a slightly used (3,000 miles) 1962 MGB Roadster as seen here:

It had splenty of speed and agility, but very little offensive ability, not to mention a complete lack of shields. The parental units thought it was OP, and wanted it nerfed.

21 is just a distant, hazy memory. Anyway, I'm still playing with toy spaceships at 49, so it can't be all bad.
